Yes, this IS a crossover. It's supposed to be JustinxJuliet from Wizards of Waverly Place, but I was lazy and kept Noah's clothes the same.
I literally drew this in like, twenty minutes because I've been out all day, but it's okay, I guess.

And WOWP is one of those shows I wasn't sure I'd like, but ended up liking it a lot (kind of like TDI XD).
